We diagnose the issue and explain the recommended solution and cost clearly before proceeding. Work begins only after your approval.

Recovery results depend on the condition of the storage device. We provide an honest assessment but cannot guarantee that any data will be recovered.
Customer responsibility
Please back up your data where possible before handing over any device. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or data loss that could not reasonably be prevented.
